i just bought a Forerunner 620 and would like to know how to manage a workout were i first do my running and then I do some weights so it keeps recording the time and calories but it does not affect my running metrics.
You can't. From the time you press Start until you press Stop is considered to be a single activity and that activity has only one type. Is there some reason you are opposed to creating one activity for your run and another for weights?
