Merge activities after auto pause issue

It's really better to post these type questions in the sub-forum for your device as then you'll get more responses from those familiar with it.

As far as merging the two activities, if you post the original activity files from your device in the forum for your device, some one might piece them together for you.

As for the auto-pause feature, it is not intended for you to use when you stop and take a break. It's only for quick stops at traffic lights and such. Any time you stop for a break or finish a ride you should manually stop the timer, even if it's stopped by auto-pause.

I don't know if averages are based on elapsed time or moving time, if elapsed time, then they will go down while the timer is stopped as elapsed time is from the start of an activity until the timer is reset, not stopped or paused.

If averages come from moving time, then gps drift might cause your timer to start again if it is only auto-paused as the device thinks its moving again.

Not sure what you are getting at with your reference to auto power down.
