Sorry there was an error rendering the Widget

I continually get this error every time I try to open one of the activity boxes. I thought this would clear up with the purchase of my new S6, but it is still broken after months. I can't use the activity reporting at all. When will this be fixed???

    today was the first time mine read the same error. It appears that the website is not working more than it is working. If this keeps up I will honestly NOT be able to recommend Garmin.

    The control panel on the left side wont work, i can't open activities, i can't see conections or news feed.
    I can upload from my watch but thats pretty much it.

    The Widget needs rendering before i go back to Strava.

    I got this error today. First time. I'm running Firefox on my Win8.1 laptop. My Forerunner is running v2.5. Garmin Express is v3.2.29.0, not the most current but I had to roll back to it, b/c the newer versions weren't working correctly. Are there any fixes for this problem?

    Certainly the link with mfp isn't working for me with the same error message.

    Why am i getting this error, rendering the Widget? This is the first time I got it.

    Looks like Garmin Connect site has a problem.

    Being a new member, can anyone tell me if they monitor these groups?

    Or does someone need to log an issue with them directly?

    There appears to be an issue at Garmin's end this morning. Others have the same problem.


    I have just used my Forerunner 15 for the first time after it arrived yesterday. I have been trying to fix it all morning as assumed something I was doing wrong but then stumbled on this. Hopefully it is a Garmin glitch and will be sorted asap. It registered my steps yesterday when I first registered but not my 5k from this morning! ?
  • The "glitch" is fixed for me now. These things seem to happen mostly on weekends.
  • Still very much down for me & my husband. It's kinda hard to input your sleep times (that are supposed to automatically go in now) when you can't get to it anyway. I told people Garmin were fantastic. Won't be doing that anymore, I'll tell them the product is great, but forget trying to connect. Even Fitbit don't have this many problems. Customer support is non existent here.
