I am having several issues with uploading my activities. My 410 and Garmin Express says the transfer is complete but the activity does not show up on Garmin Connect. I have tried using the Ant agent with the same result. I switch to the classic view and hit the upload version. It says my 410 is connected but does not recognize my newest activity. I can find the activity thru history on my 410 itself. Any suggestions? I am using Windows 8.1 on a surface pro 3, Firefox and all programs and 410 are up to date.
It might be that when Garmin Express was installed that it got associated with the wrong account or a new account was created. Open Garmin Express. In the box that says "Sync" there is a link in blue letters that says "View Data at Garmin Connect". If you click on that link it should take you to where your data is being uploaded to. If you come to a login, note carefully if the user name is the same as the one you normally log in as.
