Adjusting the Detail Charts ~ Is there a selection for this?

I would like to adjust my charts to only show elevation, speed, and heartrate but it seems to be locked. Also can the elevation be set to show percentage of grade?
On the activity details page you can click the icon just to the left of the graph title and hide it. Same for the data sections on the left of the page. I've never tried to see if you can keep them hidden from one login to the next though.
However if you are talking about the graph on the player page, you are limited to display only two sets of data which you pick from the drop down box.
