corrupt file on Garmin 310xt?

Hi Guys, I did a 50km bike ride yesterday - i used my Garmin 310xt , all details of the ride are showing in my history on the 310 - i can see times / averages / Maximums, The Map etc etc.... however it wont upload to my pc?! I have been using Garmin Connect for years without "many" problems however this time i am not sure if the fault lies with a corrupt file on the 310xt or upload problems?!
n.b i have since done a 5 mile commute using the 310xt since then and that has uploaded??!
can upload a picture of the display from the 310 if that helps.

any help greatly appreciated...

    hi Sifroggy,

    Either attach the file that is causing an issue to a reply to this post or get yourself a free Dropbox acct, upload the file to there and then share the link to it in a reply.

    I'll then have a look at the file using the Fit File Repair Tool and see what the issue is.

    Thanks for your reply. unfortunately it wont transfer the data/file from the watch(310xt) It shows in the history on the watch but for some reason wont transfer. I have since used the watch again and that data has transferred... it's just this one file.
    apart from sending you the watch, i have no idea how to get it off :(
