Unable to export parcours (trace) from GC ti FR310XT

Hello

Since few weeks I cant't export the trace from GC to FR 310XT using Garmin Express.

The Synchronisation task finish with error without other explanation.

I can upload my new activities from FR 310XT to GC using Gexpress.

I use 2 PCs and the issue is the same.

Your issue is most likely something not configured correctly in Garmin Express on your computers. You might try to read through all the posts in the Garmin Express forum that are similar to yours. Sometimes there is a "supermod" that lurks there and they may be affiliated with Garmin. Otherwise try Garmin Support if you don't get help from someone here.

I don't think so because it has worked before and i can translate data from FR310 XT to GC.

But I will search again in the forum
