Map details and "Player" both broken for two months but data and FR620 are correct.

For the last couple of months, every time I try to view my activities in Garmin Connect, the map display is horribly broken.

On the "Details" page of my activities, instead of showing the normal display of my recorded route, it always shows me Olathe Kansas (which is nearly 500 miles away) and the map images flashes so badly it would give an epileptic seizures. It does this for every activity recorded, regardless of whether I have Google, Bing, or OpenStreetMap selected. It won't even let me zoom or pan to the correct location.

Also, the "Player" features don't work at all anymore. I have tried these functions in both Firefox and Chrome, and on Mac and Windows machines. I've even tried both the current and the "Classic" interfaces for Garmin Connect and both are broken. On Classic though it just never loads the map.

I also know that my GPS tracking data is correct, because not only my statistics look correct, but if I click "Save as Course" in Garmin Connect I can get a small view of my course map that looks just fine. Also the tiny map view that shows for the latest activity in the dashboard is correct.

I searched the forum and couldn't find anyone else reporting this problem, nor is it listed in the Known Issues.

Will someone please either confirm this mess is happening to them too, or if there's a way I can fix it?

getting similair issue. No map or player is shown in connect but data is correct on device. Upload same item to other services and map and everything is fine. Issue started about 2 months back as well which is also around when a new upload app was installed from garmin.

Using Internet Explorer, I don't see the player in the new interface. Is this what you call a Garmin upgrade? In the old interface, the player shows a blank blue screen. I wanted to estimate the time it would take me to get somewhere based on my route and average cycling speed to the location. I could also calculate average previous BART train trips viewing the same 2 activities on different days.
Edit: After Searching for an activity and viewing the results, no player or map was available. After finding the activity in the calendar, the activity displayed without map or player. It's been what 5-6 years now that I've been waiting for the complete migration from Motionbased to Garmin Connect, and those activities still don't contain map data. From Activities, a recent similar activity displayed with map and player in one. I didn't have to select and wait for the player to load. I was able to quickly determine the total time it took me to get to my previous location using the start time of the previous activity which ended at the BART station and using the start time of the next activity from another BART train station and adding the time to my final destination which was recognized by the split time at that destination with low heart rate. That portion is an upgrade because it was quicker to ascertain the information not having to wait for the player to upload. Thank you, Garmin. But we still need the map and player after searching or using the calendar. Attention Garmin, please upgrade to make that available. I don't see elevation, slope percentage, etc. and will I be able to see the player in full screen view?

I'm unable to obtain search results for Activities which I know are recent and on the Activities list. Attention Garmin, please upgrade to make that available. In Modern View, how do I view the activity player in full screen view? I would really, really, really love to see full Category Climb Details with Map & Graphs like MapMyRide provides. Pretty Please, Garmin???
