Deleting an Adventure

I created a practice adventure to teach myself how to do it. Now I would like to delete it as it's of no use to anyone. How does one delete an existing adventure? Thanks.
On Garmin Connect? Is what you call an 'adventure' the same as what I'd call a 'course'? If so, then click on the 'view details' then there is a small icon near the top that is a red ball with a white 'x' in it. That will delete the course.
Or is 'adventure' something created with some other site or software?
