Facebook sharing...

I cant work out how to share my run onto FB. I can see the link 'share' but it is grey (rather than blue) and I cant click on it.

Can anyone explain this or am I doing something wrong ?

Click on the padlock symbol and change the security of the activity to "everyone can view" then the share button will become active.

Do you also know how to find people for Connections - I cant type names in the box

Where is the padlock...I made my profile as open to Everyone. Now i can see that the sharing tab is activated for all activities done ever since I bough this device. However upon choosing a particular activity the sharing tab is still grey...

The privacy setting in your profile options only changes the privacy for activities created after you change the setting.

However upon choosing a particular activity the sharing tab is still grey...

You can change the privacy setting of each activity by clicking the lock icon on the activity details page. If you want to change the setting for multiple activities, you can do it via the activities list and clicking the Quick Edit button.
