heart rate monitoring

failed to find this on an initial forum search so apologies if its been requested.

for the heart rate monitoring, it would be helpful if I was able to analyse how long my heart rate is within each range of activity. As it is right now with just the chart on the app I cannot determine the amount of time spent in fat burning range so I can maximize workouts.

if this feature exists, many thanks if I can be pointed to instructions on how to achieve this.
