Getting a Course from Strava onto Garmin Connect/910

Hi, hoping someone can please help. I have a course on Strava that I want to get on my 910 for a ride on Saturday. I've tried downloading as a .gpx, .txc, whatever - neither working. On Garmin Connect in courses, it only lets you create a course from scratch (which is frustrating, I already have this one and Strava maps is MUCH better than bloody connect!) so I can't import it to Garmin that way. Have even tried importing it as an activity to then make it into a course, but not working either - keeps coming up with a red cross and says 'undefined' underneath. Frustrating!!!! Anyone with anyone suggestions? Thanks so much!

You can import a route ... read through here to find out how, and other things about Connect

although maybe you've tried that? If so there may be a problem with the file you're trying to import.
