The documentation that came with your Garmin device should have the phone number for Garmin Support. If you go to the Garmin website, and click the Support link, you will be taken to the Garmin support page; the phone numbers are posted there (near the bottom right corner).
I would like to suggest that despite the frustration and anger you are feeling, you should be cordial with the support person that you are connected with. Being upset doesn't make his/her job any easier, and often being friendly will get you a better result.
