Vivofit not syncing

I have had trouble all day trying to sync my Vivofit with the Garmin Connect website. I have tried syncing with my phone, tablet and now via the ANT+ on my mac - nothing seems to work. I see there are some updates available, and wonder if this may be related to my problem. Anyone else having this issue?
