Hi,
I just synced my Forerunner 410 on my Mac and the ANT software stated that it failed uploading to Garmin Connect. I then logged into the Garmin connect website and was informed to update my ANT software to Garmin Express. After updating the software, garmin connect failed to display my most recent data. I am concerned that the data was removed from my Garmin and uploaded to the original ANT software, which was uninstalled and replaced by Garmin Express. Normally I wouldn't care but I competed in a significant event today and the data is integral to future training otherwise why else would I have purchased this watch? Is there anyway I can recover the data?
Also, why wasn't an email sent out informing users to update there ANT software... pointing out that if they failed to update there ANT software that any current garmin data would be lost when installing Garmin connect (after uploading to ANT).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
