The only option I find for uploading my activities is "Sync". With my Garmin Edge connected, it does not find anything to sync. So I use the "Traditional" interface instead. How do I get the upload to work with the new interface? May be important as presumably the "Traditional" mode will no longer be an option at some point.
I think I have the same problem. Always used to work and express still recognises the 500 but now connect doesn't see it no matter what order I turn on, plug in, start program etc.
Any help appreciated. I'm running Vista which was always fine.

- same problem with Edge 200. Tried to 'plug'/'unplug' unit several times - nothing happened. "Sync" reported "Nothing to be sync'ed" (or the equivalent - using Danish language). I finally did a successful 'manual' transfer of the appropriate '.fit' file.
