Garmin thinks I'm 12 years old.

Has anyone else had a message on the dashboard telling them they can't have an account because they're under 13? I emailed Garmin a week ago and they acknowledged receiving my message, but they haven't fixed the problem. I'm 67, by the way. https://forums.garmin.com/images/smilies/mad.png
