Hi,

I uploaded activities from my Garmin 310XT to Garmin Connect and one of activities I deleted but I didn´t want to delete. Can I upload again from the 310XT to Garmin Connect? I don´t know how to do. I try syncing again the watch but It does not upload nothing.

Lot of thanks

    Hello Cmoore,

    The 310XT uses ANT.

ANT stores your files in a hidden folder so you must activate "Show Hidden Files & Folders"

    This link is for Win7.
    https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl#q=show+hidden+files+folders+and+drives+windows+7

Then for Win7 here is the path to the folder with your files stored by the ANT.
Don (your computer name) > AppData > Roaming > Garmin > 10 digit number (device ID) > at this point there are 3 folders with your files.

Activities has your rides in FIT format. Find the date for the file you want to reload and do a Manual Upload to Connect by searching to that Activities folder.

History has your same files in TCX format.

Garmin Connect > Pending Uploads should be empty unless there is a corrupt file in there.
There might be several files but the oldest will be the first corrupt file and the others could be okay or not.
Make a desktop folder named Corrupt Files (or something) and cut and paste all those files there.
Open Connect and do Manual Uploads by searching to that desktop folder. The good ones will upload leaving only the corrupt ones in the folder.
Zip that folder down and attach it to another post here and someone will try to repair the files.
