The Training Plans Page from the main menu button on the left is not working, It just shows the current or Favorite Training Plans.
Go to the MAIN screen of Garmin Connect (new style), I have a tile for Training Plans. (If you don't you can configure the tile for your own main screen)
Click on the Gear symbol and choose "Find training plans".
