Not possible to manual put decimal value of the weight

Hello,

I can't put decimal value of the weight (for example 70,6). For now it is possible to put only interger value (for example 70, but not even 70,0).
I tried dot (.) and comma (,).
With comma I got a message "Bad request".
With dot I got a message "You've entered invalid caracter".

In last year it worked fine, but not now.

Does anybody know how to fix it?

I'm having the same problem since yesterday.

Tuesday's weight input (75.7Kg) was accepted just fine. Yesterday's (75.6) and today's (75.9) cannot be saved (using either comma or dot for the decimal).

This happens both in the classic and modern interface.

The only way to input weight is to input only kilos (e.g. 75, 76).

Hope Garmin can fix this soon.

It's start to bothered me a lot, the new site in my opinion is crappy and the old site is old....

I face the same problem. I can't upload my weight for 4 days now. Last week I was able to upload 71,8 now only 71 and that shows 71.0
If I than try to put in 71.4 is says invalid request grrrrr

Same to me. Last week I was able to set decimals. Not now anymore. I've even try from different devices and browsers such as IE, Chrome, iPhone, etc. It's not working. Garmin IT team, please, help us.
  • I encounter the same issue but I found a temporarily fix. For android users there is this App "Weight Logger", where you can enter your weight and import it to Garmin Connect. The benefit is that if you own a advanced scale with f.i. bodyfat measurement you can enter and upload it also to Garmin Connect (so you don't need an expensive Tanita Scale).
