Changing the langrage on my 310XT

I just up graded my laptop and had to upload my Ant Agent again and when connected to Garmin connect uploaded Garmin express
it some how uploaded a different langrage and now I cant understand how to get the watch back to English is there some who can guide me through how to change it back.

The easy thing would have been to use Google Translate to translate the menus you see. But since you're here and it doesn't appear you've solved your problem yet... Press Mode, select the bottom menu item using the up/down buttons, and press Enter. Select the second menu item, and press Enter. Select the top menu item and press Enter. Now you are at the language selection screen. Press Enter to show the contents of the dropdown menu. Find the language you want, and press Enter.
