Training Zones

Hi, I had 7 training zones on garmin connect, for some reason today there are only 5 and I can't find the way to get the two zones I'm missing, just the way I had it. I know the devices can handle only 5 zones but I train with 7 and I program my trainings that way so this is a big issue for me, by the way the help icon on the page says you can have up to 10 zones.... So I don't get what happended

    Previously there were buttons to add/remove zones, but those disappeared early this year. As a workaround, I created a page to allow them to be created. Have a look at this post for that.

    How can you use the zones if the watches can only use 5? Sure 7 is a bit more precise, but do you really need more than 5? I'm just curious to know the application.
