Problem posting activity to Garmin Connect

Is there something wrong with the database? My 620 synced via Bluetooth, but the workout doesn't show up in Garmin Connect even though it synced from there to TrainingPeaks. I also tried entering the workout manually through the web, but I got an "illegal value" error. Any ideas?
I'm also finding that I can't manually add an activity. There must be a database issue based on the error it gave me. (Something about how the value can't be updated in the database.)
