FR620 Activity File Will Not Sync

Attached FIT file from a short workout will not sync. I was using workout intervals with a HR target, which was almost constantly exceeded. Otherwise there was nothing unusual.

Any ideas how I can get this file to upload correctly?

Sync was successful as of 8/26 at around 6:00 p.m. PST. Seems this was due to the same backend issues with GC as others have noted.
