What exactly is the problem? Do you have the appropriate software installed? Does the watch indicate that it is transferring activities to the computer? Does the software indicate that it received the activities and that it uploaded them? If you're not sure, describe what you see. Otherwise it isn't likely that anyone will be able to help you.
