unable to view data after transfer from watch to Garmin Connect web site

my Garmin watch says "transfering data" and when it says "transfer complete" I can go on the web site and view the data. Now, it isn't showing up on the web site when the transfer is complete. Any idea why?

Same thing here. New Fenix2, first activity was last Friday, and it worked as advertised. Today, however, different story.

Bluetooth sync said it completed, but nothing showed up in the GC mobile app. Nothing was found on the website either.
Tried manual sync with USB cable, it said it uploaded, but again, nothing visible.

Interestingly, two different websites got the data, via two different means.
Runcoach pulls the data over the web from Garmin Connect. In other words, data sent to GC eventually gets to RC. I found my activity on the RC site.
Mapmyrun pulls directly from the device using the Garmin Communicator browser plugin. It was able to identify the new workout and quickly import it.

So, the data is there, and other sites can get it. Garmin can even get it. However, the data never makes it to the Garmin Connect app or website.

    Any suggestions, Garmin???
  • I have been having the same issues. My activities are loading and appearing in Strava and Training Peaks (both of which I'm trying out and have sync'd to Garmin Connect.) I think this is a issue with Garmin Connect rather than the Garmin Express.
  • Same here. My vivo fit is transferring steps only. Heart rate is not there. No activities either. Just started today 8-25-14
  • I've tried uploading multiple activities from different devices and I haven't been able to view any of those activities in GC despite having been "uploaded successfully.'
  • I'm guessing you're being affected by the problems described here.
  • Ditto. I've used Connect for several years with my GPSMap 60CSX with occasional problems, but ever since the revised the user interface it's been awful. First thing I noticed was they managed to lose most of my tracks. Recent tracks for recent hikes displayed fine, but the tracks going back several years are either lost entirely or show up associated with the wrong activity. E.g., the track for my 2013 Grand Canyon hike show up when I look at a later local hike! That was a "backend issue, for sure, but probably precipitated by changes they made implanting the new interface. Now I can't see ANY of my tracks! Hate to say it, but I'm going to be looking around for another GPS.
