Issue with Share, Email showing in kilometers

When I go to a specific activity in Garmin Connect and click "Share" "Email" and then copy the email and look at it in a browser, it shows everything in kilometers (km). I have used this feature for months now to send my workouts to my coach and it has worked with no issues (it was showing everything in miles). This started happening last week. Anyone else seeing this issue?
