I have received my Garmin 310xt today and used it for my evening training row tonight. I have managed to import the data into Garmin Connect and I can read the basics but I am a bit lost. Is there a way of getting a graph that shows your speed across the workout rather than just an average? Same with heart rate? Any useful tips you have would be great. This is my first sports watch and it's going to take a while...
