Manual and iOS activities not linking to Strava

Activities I enter manually either on Garmin Connect website or the Garmin Connect iOS app are not showing up in my Strava feed. Neither are recorded activities on the Garmin Connect iOS app. Any idea if this is a bug or just a settings issue?

I don't think that manual activities are allowed to transfer over to Strava, since they don't allow manual activities in the first place. I'm have no idea about the iOS app issue though.
