The website says I have 285 activities and I think all the memory is about used up. I've uploaded all the data to Garmin Connect so how do I purge it from the watch?
This isn't something that you should need to be concerned with. The FR10 manual has a section entitled History. The first paragraph of that section says this...
You can view your last seven running sessions on your Forerunner, but you can upload and view unlimited running sessions to Garmin Connect. When the memory is full, your oldest data is overwritten.
My Forerunner won't save my runs anymore. After I hit save it doesn't show up in the History section. I have all of my runs uploaded to Garmin Connect and I thought maybe I would have to clear history on the watch but apparently, that's not the case. What is going on with my watch?

There is a sub-forum for all the different models of the Forerunner. If you can't find something already posted in it about your issue, then that will be the better place to post.
The device sub-forums tend to be very active with other knowledgeable users that will help you. However, IMO, I seldom see any of those users in the Garmin Connect sub-forums. Maybe it's due to the rants and fact that post pile up quickly here and get buried.
