Can't add HR Zone to Running

In default I have 5 zones, and also in Cycling. In running I have only 4 zones and there doesn't seem to be a way to add another zone. Only having 4 zones means I can't upload the running HR zones to my 310XT watch. Can anyone advise please? Very frustrated. :(
