All Activities Missing

I've just logged into Garmin Connect and was prompted to enter a username.

All my activities from the last 5 years are now missing, and the activities window is empty.

Can anyone help!?!

  • When you were prompted to enter a username, you were actually being prompted to create a new account. I'm not exactly sure why the prompt appears, but the result is the same. I'm not sure what you need to do next, but what you want to do is to log in using the correct credentials. I'd start by signing out and signing back in using your user name (not your e-mail address). If that doesn't work, you may have to get the folks at Garmin support involved.

    Ha, thanks Travis - that's exactly what happened. I logged on later from my home computer which has my details saved and everything was there as normal.

  • I logged in using my normal credentials and I am STILL missing a full year of activities!!!

    What is going on withthis new Connect?!?!?
