Garmin Forerunner 610 Not connecting

Hello Everyone,

So I purchased a factory refurbished Garmin Forerunner 610. I registered my watch with it serial # online. Next thig, i tried connecting my watch to the website but its give the error 'No Devices Found.'

I did the following:

Downloaded the required drivers
Downloaded the USB driver from garmin

Went to website, went to my account and clicked on dashboard and got the No Devices Found message.

Am I missing something?

It sounds like you are trying to see your device in my.garmin.com. Don't worry about that. There isn't any functionality on that site that you need.

You should be sure that you downloaded and installed Garmin Express and configure your device to work with it. If you didn't download Garmin Express, go back and uninstall all of the Garmin Software you installed earlier, then install Garmin Express.
