Garmin 800 not uploading

My ride shows on the history of my garmin but has no data when pressed on.The ride will not upload.PLEASE HELP

hi DAT,

Attach the .fit file from the ride in a reply to this message and I will have a look at it with the Fit File Repair Tool and see if anything can be done.
