Inaccurate Map and No charts

Many of my 2013 or older activities charts do not display and the map shown is US based when the activities we undertaken in Australia. I cannot find a method of contacting Garmin Connect to ask them to rectify the problem :mad: I have not and will not upload any more unless it can be fixed.
  • I just wanted to post a thread about the same issue. All of the older activities, < january, 19th 2014, before moving to the new look (?), do not display the map correctly, but only the default area (kansas city). I hoped this will be fixed at some time but it isn't. After years of using garmin connect I also wanted to be sure this will be fixed in some time...
  • If you are concerned Garmin know about your issue, you need to let Garmin Support know. Posting here only assures that we, as other users of Garmin's products, know you have a problem we can't solve for you.
  • I had the impression, since user RAZORK is concerned, other users are concerned too, and maybe one of them already contacted garmin support....
  • The more that tell Garmin they have this issue, the more likely it will get a higher priority IMHO. One person doesn't make much of a noise.
