Accidentally deleted a run off garmin connect

I have done a 13.1 mile run today and went to edit the data but accidentally deleted this, but the run is still on my watch but won't sync. Can this but put back on garmin connect or have I lost this data??
You may be able to find the data on your computer. Garmin has posted support articles that describe where to find the files if you are using the ANT Agent or Garmin Express. If you look inside the device folder, you should see an Activities folder. This is where you will find the .fit files that contain your data.
Maybe you need to gain more control of how you handle your data. If you are letting Garmin Express or ant agent automatically delete the activity from your device after uploading, then maybe you shouldn't. However, even if you are allowing that, I think that you'll still have a copy of the activity on your computer in the location described in one of the references given in post# 2.
Well mine has lost my run today and i beat my pb and everything since i plugged into computer not happy
if you didn't have an activity to upload from your device, then you might need to post in the forum for your device and give some details of what happened. However many times, no activity means you forgot to start the timer.
