Reports are limited in modern view

Hi,

I used to have more reports in the classic view, like 'this year', 'last year', or even select my own period to analyse. I assume classic view will disappear later, so is there any chance of having these reports integrated in the modern view?

Thanks for your support!

  • The old reports functionality is there. Click the three horizontal bar icon on the left edge of the screen near the top. Then click the word Reports in the slide-out menu. Once the reports page loads, scroll to the bottom and click the Progress Reports link. Configure the report to your liking.

That solution doesn't work for me in either Classic or Modern.

Yup, me, either. I have two Garmin devices, and I record runs, walks, bike rides, paddles, and indoor trainer rides. But if I want to run a report with a customized start and end period, I can't do it for just the runs, just the walks, etc. One of the few "features" I've ever really consistently used, and now it's gone.
  • The functionality isn't gone, it is just broken for you for some reason. I double-checked and I have no problems accessing the functionality from Internet Explorer 11.0.9600.17207 and Chrome 36.0.1985.143m.

What browser are you using? Do you have this problem is you use another browser? Are you able to access this information from the classic reports page using your default browser, or an alternate?

I can't create a report for a custom date range any more. When I select activities for Jan 2012 -> Dec 2012, I get a report for all activities I've ever uploaded!
This is true in both "modern" and "classic" views.

Also, the loop for selecting one date range after another is broken. Each time I select a date range, it removes the drop-down list and I have to start again from scratch.

Thanks Travis, for showing me the way. It works for me (using Crome), also with a custom date range!;)
  • It works for me on Chrome, but it does NOT work on Firefox.
