Cant export files from garmin connect. Do not have permission.

I get the following when i try to export my files from Garmin Connect. Anyone know why it is doing this?

HTTP Status 403 - You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id 566203237.

type Status report

message You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id 566203237.

description Access to the specified resource (You do not have sufficient privileges to view the activity with id 566203237.) has been forbidden.
  • It also says I am forbidden when i try to delete files on the activities page and when i try to change the privacy settings.

Same here. I'm not at all impressed. As a new owner of my first Garmin, the world of Garmin looks clunky to me. My product manual says to go to http://connect.garmin.com but when I do I get:
HTTP Status 403 - Not logged in

    type Status report

    message Not logged in

description Access to the specified resource (Not logged in) has been forbidden.

    JBossWeb/2.0.0.GA

I have just spent 10 minutes on their0808 number listening to music. NOT impressed.

This is happening to me and I cannot get any of my data. Please can someone look into this. Very frustrating. Agree the software etc is very clunky. Watch out. The iWatch will take over so best get your software sorted out.

Hi, I was having the export problem as well. Logging out and then in again seemed to fix it. That may help, good luck.
