Every other day or so, I get the following error when trying to log in/upload data:
'We're sorry, there is a problem with our servers, which meant that Express is temporarily unavailable. We're working as fast as we can to get it back up and running. Please try again later'.
I can understand if this happened occasionally, but it's now happening 2-3 times a week.
I'm using IE 11 started from the desktop in Win 8.1.
Can this please be fixed once and for all?
