Since the new launch Garmin Connect is useless.

When I login I cant do anything from the first page.
I have to open the drop down menu icon in a new tab.
This will occasionally allow me to see the drop down menu, but not always.
If I do see it and select one of the options it again occasionally opens.

So in the one in twenty attempts I make I can get in to do what I need.

Not impressed at all.

    And now my last run has not been received!!!! FFS not the first time this has happened since the new website launch.

    So my next question is how to I retrieve a run from a Forerunner 410 so it can be synced again?
  • The first problem that you describe sounds like you have an extension that is blocking Tealium, most likely Ghostery. I only know this because I started running into the problem myself. As for the second problem, if you are using Garmin Express like you should be, the files from your 410 should be in the Garmin Express activities folder. The activities folder is right next to the Upload folder described in this support page.
