Garmin Express won't send PR's to my device

I deleted an activity off of my Garmin because it said it was a PR but it wasn't. (I used my watch to see how it matched up with my car on measuring mileage.) So it said my PR mile was 1:30 pace - obviously not right. Then I wanted to send the actual PR to my device and Garmin express says its sending the activities to my forerunner 10 but never finishes. I left it on all day, but still it never does anything.
