Viewing all the information on connect dashboard, new upload problem

AS I open any past activities on Connect, I see the activity, summary, details. BUT, not the map of where it occurred, and the charts. Map shows Olathe, KS area. Can not load in any new activities either. Upload goes through it's procedure and then hangs on putting it into the program. Here's a good one: One of the activities shows all the information, but none of the others. And it is in the middle of the activities catalog. Seems all the necessary programs are in place in the PC also. Help and thanks.
  • It sounds like some part of the metadata for your activities was lost. Others have been affected by this, and I believe that if they re-uploaded the activity data manually the maps came back. Unfortunately to re-upload you have to either have the original data files or export the data from Garmin Connect, then delete the activity from Garmin Connect, and finally re-upload the original data.
