Modern using Windows 7, 64 bit, Chrome

The Modern version of GC is a step backward based on my early experience. Sync and Sending to Device functions are more complicated than in Classic and take significantly more time. Garmin Express has been set to stay open in the background but does not. Uploads and Downloads to/from device is painful process. Why would you launch this before working out the kinks? Seems like a bad mistake that will drive folks like me away from Garmin Connect to Map My Ride. What is your plan?:confused:

Perhaps you could explain exactly what is happening, and even what device you have? Otherwise it's a bit difficult to help.

Modern works fine for me using Win7 and IE11.

I have to admit the Garmin Connect and Garmin Express seem to be working very well for me too. I have an edge500 FWIW. You do have to step outside box of the old Garmin Connect and learn some new ideas about getting your data to it.
