Come on! Of course this also skewes a lot of other data as well, also it's tougher to make any use of the remaining data. In case it isn't obvious: No I did not go 180 km/h with my bike.

(a ~10 meter long tunnel causes this, any workarounds?)

Upload the .fit file from that exercise and I will remove the speed spike.

It looks like the 10m long tunnel was right at the start of your ride, probably before you had a good gps fix. Frequently spikes like this can be avoided by ensuring the device has a good position fix before pressing Start.
