the email product support won't work because the drop down box wont give me any categories
garmin express has stuffed up the whole garmin connect for uploading to the 910
spent a whole day of trying to fix this.

    okays, let's start from the start and work on getting the drop down boxes part going for you.

    what browser are you using?
    do you have ANY type of advertisement blocking/script blocking add-ons running?
    have you tried a different browser?
  • Also, some have reported getting better response from the phone support rather than online.
