Garmin connect is blank screen that I can't navigate through

I cannot get Garmin Connect to open correctly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Garmin Express. I get messages that the sync has been successfully completed but when I click to view data, I get a blue screen with some icons at the side they do not do anything if I click them. I have attached a screen shot.
Does anyone know a solution to this issue? Thank you.
  • I had that on my PC when I started to use the new Garmin Connect. It turned out that I was blocking a couple sites that Garmin uses for the modern GC. If you use an adblocker or similar software, then that may be your issue. The two sites I had blocked were tealius.com and addthis.com. I couldn't find anything specifically bad about them so I allowed them and everything works well now.

    It's been shown before that some Chrome add-ons cause heartburn to GC. If you see the problem described, try a browser other than Chrome and see if it works. If it does, it's something you need to correct in your Chrome config.
  • In my case, on my pc it would've happened with any browser. I forgot that I'd spoofed several hundred domains in my host file on my pc to cut down on adds and popups. I didn't do anything like that on my macbook and I had no issues with either Chrome or Safari.
