Activity disappears after Garmin Express says it has been downloaded?

Hi All;

Has anyone else had this issue?

I most recently did a ride and connected my 910XT via wireless and opened Garmin Express. I then selected SYNC NOW after which it told me that the download had been completed and to view it in Garmin Connect. After visiting Garmin Connect, the activity is not there! I have attempted connection a number of times, however I had set up Express to delete the activity after download, so have now lost it I believe. Will revert that setting back I think.

This is not the first time that I have had this happen.

  • When you went to the Garmin Connect site, did you use the link in Garmin Express or a link in your browser? There are several different things that may be happening. Take a look in the Garmin Express forum, I've seen some other suggestions for this but can't remember them at the moment.
