garmin gpsmap 78 and garmin connect

My garmin gpsmap 78 is recognized by garmin express but not by garmin connect.....can anyone help?

Your 78 won't work automatically with Connect AFAIK, but you should be able to manually import files, have you tried that?

Thank you....that worked....Garmin connect is a much better visual interface than Bascamp
