Activities not loading to gamin connect

I have a vivofit and Hrm that has been loading my activities ok until 23July. It does not load them any more. I have sent support uk 3 emails in the last two weeks without a reply? Is there actually a support team out there?
Are you using the mobile app with a smartphone or your computer with Garmin Express to get activities to Garmin Connect?
I would look or post in one of those sub-forums or maybe the vivofit forum. You'd get more views there from active users that are more familiar with the specific products you are using.
Here in the Garmin Connect forum a lot of posts get lost in the deluge of rants. I suspect many of the active users that may have helpful suggestions just ignore this sub-forum.
