I've wasted a lot of time on this - so annoying! A couple of days ago I quite successfully loaded a course to my Edge 200, and now I cannot! When I try to send, I get an error message to the effect that my computer/the website cannot find any device ("No compatible devices found"), despite my computer telling me elsewhere that it is connected to my Edge (right down to the correct serial number!) Can any one help, please?
Thanks, SUSSAMB, but unfortunately I still cannot upload my courses to my Edge 200. I have downloaded the software again, deleted my gadget, restarted my laptop and re-connected my gadget - all to no avail! It knows my Edge is connected, yet says that it isn't when it comes to uploading the data.
Very disappointing! Imagine you have to go to a car repairer to rectify some major fault every time you take your car out for a drive! That's how I find modern software and hardware - we've got a long way to go before the ordinary non-geek can just start up his/her machine and just go!
